I was flipping through some girly fashion magazine this afternoon when I read some catastrophic news... Feng-shui-ically speaking, lavender in the bedroom is BAD. It creates an energy of sexual confusion. I have 16ft high cathedral ceilings in there. No guarantees that I won't immediately be cured of my sexual confusion, but maybe, just maybe, you'll be the benefactor of my confusion clearing up. (Doubtful, but the paint fumes might get the best of me!) I can now blame ALL of my dating dramas on the color of my bedroom! (Right?) |

Horse bunk! Your sexual energy seems properly directed to me(well at least from comments and posts you made). I think the rooms look just fine. Beside, after blue, purple/lavender is my second favorite color!

Those magazines are the f'ing truth! Those sex quizzes are true! And predicting the longevity of a relationship based on your bf's underwear is always telling.
Actually, it was not a magazine like that - it was chock full of rather interesting facts. Like did you know that sailor pants originally had 13 buttons -one for each colony? And did you know that loafers (the shoes) got their name from Norweigian cow farmers that would slide their shoes on/off in the cow's loafing area (where they waited to get milked - the cows, not the farmers or their shoes).

The boxes are color-coded by season and organized by color, heel height and style.
I have over 200 of those boxes filled with my shoes.

I still got to buy more plastic shoe boxes, I still have my boots in the boxes they came it and some ot the other shoes too, it's hard to find the shoe boxes that I like...hmmpff

The blue-topped ones are winter/fall and the white topped ones are spring/summer.
I just put polaroid shots of the boots on the outside of the boxes so I know what's there...
