I don't think it would hurt for you to mention that you think he'd looked better without it. posted by: jennirae269 (reply) post date: 01.19.05 (5:04 am) Just tell him.....unless he is the sensitive type and will cry....aw, hell, tell him anyway! posted by: nullfactor (reply) post date: 01.19.05 (8:59 am) I don't know what the guy looks like, but facial hair does make people look older. Why would people want to look older? Beats me... :) posted by: verucassalty (reply) post date: 01.19.05 (11:56 am) depends on the guy... whether or not they can pull it off... i prefer the young boyish looks myself. posted by: NurseNancy (reply) post date: 01.19.05 (1:39 pm) I personally do not like facial hair on men. ( and even less on women!) I always feel that the guy is hiding behind it. Plus it's tickly and scratchy. posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:21 am) Reply to: jennirae269 I will... I promise! posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:22 am) Reply to: gambit3131 I will do it delicately. :) posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:22 am) Reply to: nullfactor Maybe if they have a bad chin or weak jawline? I dunno. posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:23 am) Reply to: Godsmack I'm not even a fan of the goatee. "Ned" had one. I prefer a clean shaven man. And no ear or nose hair either. And 'manscaped' too! posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:24 am) Reply to: verucassalty I'm for clean-shaven guys too. (Although I've had my share of longer-haired bad boys too) posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:25 am) Reply to: NurseNancy Years ago, I dated a guy that didn't shave very well (or it grew back quite fast). We were having a serious smooching session - turned out his chin stubble rubbed my chin RAW! It was gross! Oozing for a week! It's kinda hard to put a bandaid over your entire chin, ya know? posted by: jennirae269 (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (6:29 am) Reply to: ScubaDiva OK, I hear ya.... posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (11:15 am) Reply to: Godsmack Manscaping...I don't like a mouthful of fuzz... posted by: NurseNancy (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (11:43 am) Reply to: ScubaDiva oo, ouch!! that must have hurt like a bitch!! posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 01.20.05 (11:49 am) Reply to: NurseNancy It was sore, but it was more embarrassing than anything b/c we were on a dive trip with a group and I kept dodging pics and would only let them be taken from a distance... posted by: brogonzo (reply) post date: 01.22.05 (6:51 am) I had a goatee off and on for a while back in college, but what would inevitably happen would be that I'd not be able to leave it alone, it would itch, and I'd get annoyed and shave it off. I can't stand facial hair any more, and I think that has something to do with the realization I had a while ago: whiskers are basically the same thing as pubes. Since then I haven't even been tempted to grow anything on my face. |
