The lovely and talented SheSpecies and I were talking last week about what she should be for Halloween... I'm not doing any parties this year, so I'm not stressing over what to wear. I traditionally do something rather topical in the news. A couple of years ago, I wore an overcoat with a bunch of clothing with tags hanging out. (I was Winona Ryder) Last year, I simply wore a toy white tiger affixed to my neck. (Remember Siegfried & Roy?) This year, I think I'd do something along the Martha Stewart behind bars. (Since I've often been referred to as her when I entertain). I told SheSpecies she should go as a female pimp. Some wild-brightly printed (maybe zebra) spandex leggings, some flashy sequined trashy top, a purple fur jacket and matching hat. She's ROCK. |

I see you more as a japanese manga cartoon star--although it is sort of hard to make your eyes the size of dinner plates.
If you do the martha thing, I would love to so the pictures-- in stead of a ball and chain attachted to your ankle, you could have a 100 pound potpourri bale.

Besides, my costumes are always based on current events. Something about Slutney Spears gettting married would be funny carrying her huband's girlfriends' daughters.

i don't know about the spandex and all. Pimps don't usally wear that. The hookers do. LOL
And as for you customs hillarous. Last year i went as two things my joke custom and my real one. Since i lived in San diego and there was a huge strike going on at the Von's and Ralph's grocery stores so i went to a company party as a picketor with a funny pickit sign. Then for my friends party i went as the phantom of the opera. Had the the tux and put together my own face makeup so i would have the the burn marks under the mask. It was tight. LOL
