Too right. If I was in charge, there would be no make up..no ciggies..no tv..no games..limited books. And certainly no sex changes

Exactly. It's should be bread and water and they should stare at the walls or do work to keep the jail running or serve the county/state making license plates or picking up trash.

What the fuck do they expect. I'm with TigerLilly. I wouldn't be giving them cigarettes and games even. They'd be lucky to get cable tv outta me. It's not a fucking Hilton.
