Good to hear that you are getting Trick and Treat tomorrow ~ on Halloween to boot! Perfect! The names sound so much alike, but do cats really respond to only their name? I mean if you call one, do they not both come; as in thinking a treat or something is being offered? And how neat that they are each black ~ I vote for Trick and Treat! Well, I guess they ARE your kitties ~ okay, you get to make the final call on that one! :D ((hugs)) posted by: Barnabus1 (reply) post date: 10.30.07 (3:44 pm) Maybe Puss & Boots? posted by: scubadiva (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (8:03 am) Reply to: auntconi Lulu and Sassy knew their names (and nicknames). I also called Sassy "the sassinator" and "boo" and she responded to those. Lulu responded also to "pumpkin" and "miss lulu". I think I am leaning more toward Scout and Jem but I'll take time. And I'll definitely post pictures and give feedback on their personalities. (or is that purr-sonalities?) posted by: scubadiva (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (8:05 am) Reply to: Barnabus1 Or Yin & Yang. Lots of possibilities. I thought because of the sibling issue that it would be cute to name them after the siblings from "To Kill a Mockingbird"... posted by: Barnabus1 (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (9:00 am) I always thought that if I ever had another dog, I would name it..Hurry Up! That's my most used words at the dog anyway ...might as welll be it's name! posted by: scubadiva (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (9:14 am) Reply to: Barnabus1 Some people come up with some odd names for dogs. I forget some of the clever obscene ones I've encountered. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (10:28 am) I can't wait to see some cute kitty pics! :D posted by: scubadiva (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (11:36 am) Reply to: rosietulips Going to pick them up tomorrow afternoon... posted by: auntconi (reply) post date: 10.31.07 (11:51 am) Reply to: scubadiva ~ So it is in reference to the movie ~ it is funny but I thought her brother's name was Jeb, but I checked it out and of course you are right, it is Jem ~ cool! Have fun ~ and as the others have said, can't wait for pics. I'm so excited that you can get these two and so quickly. Good for you!!! *Happy Halloween* ~ ((hugs)) PS - on another note, I saw where the Atlanta Acquarium was on the news the other night in regards to water conservation and how ecology-minded they are ~ Good one! |
