| A few months ago, I met a guy at a business function. He was launching a new service and asked for my feedback/insight on helping him. I agreed to help. But it got to the point he was really demanding with my help. I'm happy to help others, but when it is encroaching on my job, my sleep, and free time, it's quite a commitment. And when this individual gets really pissy because I'm unavailable to meet/chat with him during the day, it's time to look at things. His lack of gratitude and 'gimme gimme gimme' are sucking the life out of me. He's reached his maximum with me. I got my new laptop for my own use and, I'm not loving it. The keys are funky for typing and the screen is really shiny- it's hard to read. And Vista... I hate it. |

Oops - sorry to hear you laptop isn't comfortable to use - however I did find that it took me a while to become comfortable with mine - but do like it now!
And the nerve of that guy to get 'pissy' with you - ugh!

Agreed - I think it's more to do with the individual - I've encountered both males and females that were kindness vampires.
