Ironically, I got a call from the DA's Chief Investigator yesterday... Spoke to him at length today. Was quite shocked to hear from him out of the blue after months and months... Discussing criminal charges. Investigator was kind of an ass about why I didn't go to the hospital immediately - I explained to him that I was drugged and in a fog for several days afterward and the impact of what happened didn't hit me immediately - but as soon as it did, I was on the phone to my doctor. |

Wow. You must be a very strong person. This is a hurtful, even devestating experience. You are doing the right thing to do all in your power to bring this animal to justice. Do not waver and do not quit. This is about even more than what happened to you. It is about justice. And justice is bigger and more important than any obstacle that tries to get in your way. Also, you are helping all by sharing this unfolding story with the rest. May God be with you.
And, why do you have to go alone? I am sure you have those around who love you and truly want to be of support at this critical time in your life. Let them.
