Psycho!
11.21.05 (7:05 am)   [edit]
I had my version of a re-enactment of the shower scene from Psycho yesterday. I had hopped into the shower and was sudsing up with that really great Italian Shea Butter soap that smells soooo good.

All of a sudden... BAM! Something struck me thru the shower curtain. Scared the ever-living-bejeebers out of me. I lost my balance and fell out of the shower, hit my head on the toilet and cut my hand in the fall.

Turns out it was Lulu, sitting on the john, batting at me.

I guess I can be thankful that Lulu didn't watch "Saw 2" over the weekend...

Ouch! I'm glad you didn't sustain more serious injuries! And I'm glad Lulu didn't sustain any injuries either ;-)

We actually play "the shower monster game" where Lulu will get in the tub and bat at the shower curtain... So I guess she just wanted to try it from the other side...

Once, late at night, she hopped in the shower and started batting at the shower curtain when I was on the toilet - good thing I was on the potty b/c she scared the poop outta me.

my ol' prowler cat did that to me and i threw his ass right in the water. i hate the feeling of wet shower curtain. his reaction caused me to laugh until my ex thought that i was going to miscarry matthew.

Twice, Lulu has decided to join me in a bubble bath. She was planning on sitting on the side of my big garden tub, but lost her balance and fell in. And I had claw marks all over me as she tried to get out.

Of course, I had some sort of body oil in the tub, so she was a slick mess and had to endure another bath to clean her up.

with prowler he didn't react normal cat panic attack omg i'm wet fashion. he got out of the tub quite calmly, walked down the hallway dripping wet, glared at my ex, gave the most angry indignant yowl you can imagine a cat to have, and then hopped up on a kitchen chair to dry himself. no running, no claws, no typical cat behavior. now, shadow, who was on my ex's lap, freaked out... looked up at him like "wtf did you do???" and acted like SHE had been thrown in the bathwater... scratched him while running in a panic to hide under the couch.
