Don't know if it's a good thing or not, but my mother has a cold so she's staying away from me today. She sang "Happy Birthday" on my voicemail. I think it would make dogs howl in pain. Not feeling well physically, haven't been able to get up all day. Really really tired. Going to go pull the covers up over my head. Will someone go bring me a gallon of Hagen Dazs Macadamia Nut Crunch ice cream? Thanks. |

Happy Birthday!!! I went out and got the ice cream, but after thinking a little I realized that I would never make it to Atlanta before it melted. I made the decision to go ahead and eat it for you. It was really good, but now I am feeling very, very fat.

Will you go to the gym for me now too? Today is cardio and abs day. That means 200 crunches.
On the downside, the maternal invasion is tomorrow. But she's got green snot so she's will be keeping her distance as to not contaminate me. (Lovely thought eh?)

Thanks. I did get a great movie from ProducerBoy so the felines and I will curl up and watch it tonight.

Ha! I did go to the gym AKA "The Estrogen Free Zone" (my basement). No cardio today, though. Nothing but cold, hard steel and lots of it. I did look at my exercise ball in the corner, so I guess that counts for abs.
Save some of that green snot and put it on a cracker for me.

Happy belated birthday, Scuba. Feel better soon, hope someone finds you some of that 'damia ice-cream -- I just drove past the Macadamia Castle in rural NSW and bought a couple bags of savoury macadamias. I'd share if I could trust customs to keep their filthy mitts off.

Next year, I want to have a birthday weekend getaway to some chi-chi spa where we can have a pajama party one night - painting our toes and doing each other's hair * I must wear a tiara. Then the next night, I want to rent a roller rink and play disco music and early 80's music and shake my bon-bon.
